How to use

In MDB Form Builder you can easily create your form form. You can choose between five types of forms: Login, Register, Subscription, Contact and Save.

Creating a form is very easy, you just have to drag elements from 'Drag & drop components' to 'Your form' area. When the form is ready you can copy the code from the following snipet or open the MDB editor.

You can also choose between default and material design.
